1. My Voice & AI

My voice may not be used for AI in any way. This includes, but is not limited to: voice cloning, AI training, synthetic speech, voice imitation, or creating a digital copy of my voice. My voice recordings may not be provided to third parties for these purposes or uploaded to AI systems. By accepting a project, you automatically agree to this condition. Violations may result in the immediate cessation of use, removal of the material, claims for damages, and legal action. Where applicable, civil and/or criminal proceedings may also be pursued.

2. Use of My Recordings
My recordings may only be used for the purpose agreed upon. Any other use, reuse, or commercial exploitation requires prior written permission. Payment for a voice-over does not automatically transfer all rights to my voice or recording.

3. Privacy & Confidentiality
I handle client data, scripts, company information, and other confidential information with care and confidentiality.

Personal data is only used when necessary to carry out and administratively process a project. After a project is completed, I delete client and project data that is no longer necessary. Information subject to a legal retention period, such as certain invoice records, will be retained for as long as legally required.

4. Quotes & Payment
A project is confirmed once agreed upon in writing. Payment must be made within the payment term stated on the invoice. Additional work, revisions, or usage outside the original agreement may be charged separately.

5. Revisions
Any included revisions only apply to changes within the original text(s). New texts, revised scripts, or a new creative direction may be considered additional work and charged accordingly.

6. Portfolio
I may use completed productions as references or in my portfolio once they have been publicly released. For confidential or unpublished productions, I will ask for permission first.

7. Liability & Force Majeure
I carry out my work with due care and professionalism. I am not responsible for problems caused by incorrect or late information supplied by the client, or by circumstances beyond my control. In the event of force majeure, such as technical failures or other unforeseen circumstances, a project may be postponed.

8. Applicable Law
My services and agreements are governed by Dutch law. I will always aim to resolve disputes through mutual consultation first.
